State of Georgia vs. C.G., Henry County State Court

Convenience store employees claimed that the Client pumped some gas, came in and paid for a drink and then drove off. They called police who saw the Client leaving the gas station at a high rate of speed. The Client was found not guilty at a jury trial.

State of Georgia vs. R.C., Henry County State Court

Client was accused of shoplifting. The State’s claim was that he acted in concert with the individual who actually shoplifted property by acting as a "lookout" and intentionally distracting store employees while the theft occurred. The Client was found not guilty at a jury trial.

State of Georgia vs. C.D., Henry County State Court

Client was caught shoplifting cold medicine at a Walmart. I arranged for him to enter a pretrial intervention program whereby all of the charges were dismissed and the record of his arrest was restricted.
