State v. C.M., Henry County State Court

The Client was arrested for Theft by Taking after being accused of stealing a PlayStation and other items. During the trial, Counsel pointed out many inconsistencies in the statements of the witnesses and argued that no one could testify that they saw Client with the stolen items. The jury agreed and returned a verdict of not guilty.

State v. J.B., Henry County State Court

The Client was arrested on various theft charges stemming from his employment. During the investigation of the case, it became clear to Counsel that there was no evidence proving the allegations against Client and that charges were made to cover-up some dealings within the business. During the vigorous cross-examination of the State's main witness, the witness made an unbelievable statement. The statement made by the witness and other evidence presented by Counsel led to a not guilty on all charges.

State v. N.M., Henry County State Court

The Client was caught shoplifting in a local store in Henry County. Counsel worked out an agreement with the State where Client would enter a program that resulted in the dismissal of Client's case and the arrest expunged from her criminal record.

State v. K.K., Henry County State Court

The Client was arrested for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. The Client was in a vehicle where stolen property was located. After investigating the case and speaking to witnesses, Counsel spoke with the State and obtained a dismissal of the charge against Client.
