State v. J.C., Henry County State Court

The Client was arrested for Family Violence Battery. During the trial of the case, Counsel pointed out many inconsistencies of the witness's statements and showed a lack of evidence presented by the State. The jury agreed and returned with a verdict of not guilty.

State v. A.C., Henry County State Court

The Client was arrested for Battery, Simple Battery, Cruelty to Children. The allegation was brought by Client's ex-husband. During the trial, Counsel impeached the ex-husband on a prior statement he previously made to another Court regarding the incident. After showing other inconsistencies and presenting additional evidence, the jury found Client not guilty on all charges.

State v. K.S., Henry County State Court

The Client was arrested for Simple Battery. An allegation was made by his ex-girlfriend that he became physical with her during an argument. During the trial, Counsel pointed out that the allegations did not match the physical evidence and pointed out previous allegations made that were also unfounded. The jury agreed and found the Client not guilty.

State v. D.P., Henry County State Court

The Client was arrested for Battery and two counts of Simple Battery stemming from an argument with his brother and his brother's girlfriend. Counsel thoroughly investigated the case and spoke to witnesses who were present during the incident. Counsel presented all relevant evidence during the trial and thoroughly cross-examined all of the State's witnesses. The jury came back with a verdict of not guilty on all counts.
